In building our team, we have also ensured that our staff has the creative ability to develop innovative solutions and to be able to work with and meet the needs of architects, designers, and entertainment professionals. Our commitment to training ensures that all our technical staff is required to regularly attend industry-training classes to ensure that they are fully up to date with the latest advances in technology.

Our engineering office is staffed with degreed electrical and mechanical engineers, a lighting designer with a fine arts degree and audiovisual specialists with unrivaled experience. Our drafting technicians have actual    site experience either as operators or as installation technicians. MAVCO also has on staff Microsoft Certified Engineers who support network requirements and custom computer controlled systems.
