RACK FABRICATION

We pay great attention to detail. Our cable looms are all combed and wires are fastened in a parallel fashion. This type of workmanship reduces failure and eases troubleshooting. Further, each cable end is indelibly labeled with a cable number, starting point and ending point, or other such designation, for ease of service.

Cables are segregated by type, e.g., power, data, video to effectively reduce or eliminate any noise or crosstalk. Rack infrastructure is assembled and manufactured by MAVCO as the system warrants. Power distribution systems, power grounding systems, signal grounding systems, cable routing for swing frame racks, and mechanical / vibration supports are some of the internal rack assembles that MAVCO can deliver. MAVCO can fabricate racks to a variety of standards. We have delivered racks, systems, and equipment to MIL, NASA, IEC, FCC, and NFPA standards, to name a few.

Our modern headquarters building in Miami has well-equipped repair workshops and extensive fabrication areas totaling over eighteen thousand square feet (eight thousand square meters).
