PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND INSTALLATION

MAVCO’s installation technicians have at least five years experience in audiovisual systems installation and formal training, including two-year degrees and factory training. They have thorough knowledge of construction codes and regulations and have all the tools required ensuring that their tasks are completed professionally and quickly.

When we undertake an installation project, we assemble a project team under a project manager and / or project engineer. The staff is selected according to the skill sets demanded by the particular project and may be supplemented by the addition of subcontract labor. We have developed a subcontractor qualification policy resulting in an international list of approved subcontractors from which the project manager may select any additional labor that he requires for his project. It should be stressed however that all “key personnel” are MAVCO employees.
