Miami City Hall

Miami City Hall was originally built in 1931 as the seaplane terminal for Pan American Airways. Through the years various entities have utilized the building. Eventually the city purchased the structure and have used it as their administrative offices. During the renovation process MAVCO worked closely with the city and architect to ensure all Audio Visual equipment was integrated in the restoration of this building. The renovations included all restoration and renovation of the original terminal, lobby to Council Chambers. Other alterations included entrance lobby, security office, staff/press conference room, TV control room, and studio sound and lighting.
